Concord School Health Services Notification

Concord Families,

As you know our registration and first-day packet information is now all on PowerSchool Parent Portal. As well as SNAP (health services paperwork) portal from our nurses.


If the SNAP portal is not completed correctly, no over-the-counter medications can be given to your student.


Please click the SNAP Parent Portal Instructions link below, slides 9 and 10 are important to get those over-the-counter meds, OPTED IN.
